The Week of March 29th - April 2nd, 2011

**Response to the Weekly Soup Club has not been as regular as we had hoped so we will not be having a specific soup of the week. "Soup to go" will still be available but you will just need to call the restaurant at  805.544.FOOD (3663) to see what soup is available to pick up for that day. 
 
**You may also call chef Jose Dahan at 805.544.FOOD (3663) with any suggestions of soup that HE  has made in the past that you would like him to make again. Please don't call with suggestions of soups that are not soups from Et Voila. Also please do not reserve your soup online as the email is not checked on a daily basis. Thank You :)
 
**In order to offer you a larger variety of entrees to go we will be offering the whole lunch menu and any daily specials available to pick up.

The Unburger

Freshly ground organic beef top sirloin with caramelized onions and bordelaise sauce. No bun, but served with homemade potato chips and a side of mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette.

Chicken Breast

Grilled Chicken Breast served with thyme and shallot sauce with braised French white beans.

Grilled Salmon Salad

Grilled salmon served over mixed greens with cilantro vinaigrette. With avocado, crumbled feta cheese, green beans and tomatoes.

Seared Ahi Salad

Sashimi grade tuna in a sesame seed crust served over organic greens with cucumber, orange, avocado, and a ginger vinaigrette.

Pasta Three Ways
Your Choice of:
Grilled Seafood with roasted vegetables in a garlic and
Tomato broth.

Roasted Chicken with vegetables, fresh herbs in a light white wine and
savory sauce.

Roasted vegetables with fresh herbs, diced tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and grated parmesan.
